Phillip Flow is a dividend-powered, deep-value managed investment account on Phillip Securities. It is for individuals and families who are building up their retirement and surplus funds, and also for those who have moved on to drawing down on them.

For builders, dividends are reinvested. For drawers, choose from an annual payout of 4% or 5%.

Flow is defined as “the steady, continuous stream or supply of something”. In Phillip Flow’s case, that something, is dividends.

The core of Flow’s returns comes from the routine collection of significant & predictable, and in many cases, growing dividends. These dividends are paid out by the 20 or more publicly listed businesses we’re invested in, at predictably the same time each and every year. Lumpy and unpredictable stock market returns are but a significant bonus.

At Flow, we haven’t the slightest clue where stock prices are headed, though we have every confidence our businesses are worth significantly more than what their current prices suggest.

Flow is only for the investor who is able to adopt a business-owner and long-duration mindset. Starting capital for a low all-in fee Flow a/c is SGD100K, with lower fees for SGD250K and above. Though investment returns can rarely be guaranteed, fees certainly are. Lower fees equal higher returns. Period. Run for the hills if you’re told otherwise.
